Carrot Turmeric Smoothie Bowl



  • Medium sized carrot
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 fresh medoolan dates
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • 1.5 cups homemade almond milk or until you get the right consistency



  1. Cut the carrot into cubes and remove pits from the medoolan dates.
  2. Blend all ingredients.
  3. Place in a bowl, and top with coconut flakes, chia seeds, and honey bee pollen.
