Carrot-Ginger Juice


  • 4-5 carrots
  • 3 1-inch pieces of ginger root
  • 1 heaping TB of turmeric
  • 2 TSP of cinnamon
  • a few shakes of black pepper
  • 2 cups of water


  1. Cut the carrots in half
  2. Blend all of the above until the carrots and ginger are completely crushed.
  3. Place your Bigger Better Nut Milk Bag and strain the mixture into a large mason jar.
