Caffe Vanilla Coffee Smoothie


  • 2 frozen bananas⁠
  • 1.5 cups homemade almond milk ⁠
  • 2 TBS ground coffee ⁠
  • 2 TBS almond nut butter⁠
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract ⁠
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional, but recommended)⁠
  • 1/2 cups oats (optional, for a more filling smoothie)⁠


  1. Add everything to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.⁠
  2. Pour into a glass (or 2) and top with coconut whipped cream.⁠
  3. Sprinkle with coffee grounds and enjoy!⁠
