Blueberry Vanilla Overnight Oats
- 1 pack Yumi Organics blueberry vanilla oats
- 1/3c homemade almond milk
- 1 heaping spoonful vanilla yogurt
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- Frozen blueberries
- Sliced banana
- Chia seeds
- Coconut yogurt
- Homemade granola
- Combine oats, almond milk, vanilla yogurt and cinnamon in a small jar. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to eat, add a splash of almond milk and give it a quick stir. Transfer to a bowl and top with frozen blueberries, sliced banana, chia seeds, coconut yogurt and homemade granola!
