Blueberry, Lime and Lemongrass Smoothie


  • 1 cup Frozen Organic Blueberries
  • 2 Small Limes, juiced and the zest of one of them
  • 3 Three -1/2 inch long (1.5 cm) chunks of the lemongrass stalk
  • 4 Dates, soaked in hot water then torn in half and pitted
  • 1 ½ cups Cashew Yogurt or Drinkable Cashew Yogurt or Non-dairy yogurt of your choice
  • 2 Scoops Plain Collagen Peptides


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and whir for about 2 minutes or until smooth. You can place the extra portion in a glass jar with a lid in the refrigerator and it will be ready for the next days' breakfast.
