Blue Spirulina Chia Pudding


  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 6 dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp Ellie's Best Blue Spirulina 
  • 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened yogurt
  • Vegan granola


  1. Soak the dates for 10 minutes to soften
  2. Blend the dates, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and blue spirulina together 
  3. Pour liquid into a mixing bowl and mix in 1/2 cup chia seeds
  4. Let thicken in the fridge for 2 hours before serving and mix intermittently 
  5. Add yogurt, granola and frozen blueberries to top
