
Blue Spirulina Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond milk
- 6 dates
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1-2 tbsp Ellie's Best Blue Spirulina
- 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened yogurt
- Vegan granola
Directions:
- Soak the dates for 10 minutes to soften
- Blend the dates, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and blue spirulina together
- Pour liquid into a mixing bowl and mix in 1/2 cup chia seeds
- Let thicken in the fridge for 2 hours before serving and mix intermittently
- Add yogurt, granola and frozen blueberries to top
