Berry Coco Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of homemade almond/pecan milk
  • 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp. Flax meal
  • 1 tsp EnergyTonic
  • Splash of almond and vanilla extract 
  • Sprinkle of Himalayan salt

Instructions

1. The night before, combine the homemade almond/pecan milk, old fashioned oats, flax meal, energy tonic, and a splash of almond and vanilla extract with a sprinkle of pink Himalayan sea salt.
2. Mix it up and leave it overnight in the fridge
3. In the morning, chop up half a banana and top oatmeal with banana
4. Add berries 
5. Sprinkle with coconut flakes
6. Enjoy!

 NOTE: Energy tonic can be be used daily to improve concentration and raise your energy supply.
