Barley Grass Power Balls
- 4 tbsp ground almonds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, milled
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, milled
- 2 tbsp light tahini
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- 1-2 tbsp barley grass powder
- goji berries (optional)
- Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender
- Blend until it has a dough texture
- Take one teaspoon and roll it in the palms of your hands until it's a ball
- Place the balls on a sheet and refrigerate for one hour until set.
- Store in airtight container, and enjoy whenever.
