Barley Grass Power Balls


  • 4 tbsp ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, milled
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, milled
  • 2 tbsp light tahini
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 tbsp barley grass powder 
  • goji berries (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender
  2. Blend until it has a dough texture
  3. Take one teaspoon and roll it in the palms of your hands until it's a ball
  4. Place the balls on a sheet and refrigerate for one hour until set. 
  5. Store in airtight container, and enjoy whenever.
