Banana Cinnamon Donuts

Ingredients: (1 dozen donuts)

  • 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup homemade cashew milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. With an electric mixer or whisk, mix the peanut butter and one mashed banana
  2. Add in the milk and vanilla extract
  3. With a wooden spoon or spatula, mix in the 3 other mashed bananas
  4. Then add in the flour (one cup at a time), cinnamon, salt, and baking soda
  5. Transfer the batter to a donut pan
  6. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes *Cool for at least 15 minutes
