
Banana Cinnamon Donuts
Ingredients: (1 dozen donuts)
- 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup homemade cashew milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- With an electric mixer or whisk, mix the peanut butter and one mashed banana
- Add in the milk and vanilla extract
- With a wooden spoon or spatula, mix in the 3 other mashed bananas
- Then add in the flour (one cup at a time), cinnamon, salt, and baking soda
- Transfer the batter to a donut pan
- Bake at 325 for 30 minutes *Cool for at least 15 minutes
