
Apple Pie Smoothie
Transitioning into fall with this Apple Pie Smoothie. All the cozy Fall flavors packed in a nutritious smoothie. Smoothies aren't just for summer!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 of an organic honey crisp apple
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 TBLS hemp hearts
- 1 pitted Medjool date
- 1 tsp of cinnamon or apple pie spice
- 1 scoop of vanilla collagen
- 1 scoop of protein powder of choice (optional)
- 1/2 cup of frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 cup of homemade almond milk
- 1 TBLS of sunflower butter
- Ice
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth, top with extra cinnamon.
