Apple Pie Smoothie

Transitioning into fall with this Apple Pie Smoothie. All the cozy Fall flavors packed in a nutritious smoothie. Smoothies aren't just for summer! 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 of an organic honey crisp apple 
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 TBLS hemp hearts
  • 1 pitted Medjool date
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon or apple pie spice
  • 1 scoop of vanilla collagen
  • 1 scoop of protein powder of choice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup of homemade almond milk 
  • 1 TBLS of sunflower butter 
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth, top with extra cinnamon.
