Almond Pulp Macaroons

This recipe is great because you don't have to dehydrate your nut pulp! Just take it right out of the bag after you make some milk! 


  • 1/2 cup of dates
  • 1 cup leftover nut pulp
  • 1/2 coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • pinch of salt


  1. Blend everything up in a food processor until smooth
  2. Form into cookie shaped balls
  3. Pop in the oven for 30 minutes at 350º
