Almond Pulp Macaroons
This recipe is great because you don't have to dehydrate your nut pulp! Just take it right out of the bag after you make some milk!
- 1/2 cup of dates
- 1 cup leftover nut pulp
- 1/2 coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- pinch of salt
- Blend everything up in a food processor until smooth
- Form into cookie shaped balls
- Pop in the oven for 30 minutes at 350º
