Almond Pulp Granola

Ingredients:⁠

  • 1 cup rolled oats⁠
  • 1 cup almond pulp⁠
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes⁠
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil⁠
  • 1/3 cup almond butter⁠
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds⁠
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup⁠
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar⁠
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds⁠
  • splash of vanilla⁠
  • dash of cinnamon⁠
  • salt (to taste)⁠


Directions:⁠

  1. Preheat oven to 300°⁠
  2. Combine dry ingredients⁠
  3. Combine wet ingredients⁠
  4. Mix it all together⁠
  5. Separate into chunks of desired size and transfer onto prepared baking tray⁠
  6. Bake at 300° for about 1 hour, or until golden brown⁠
  7. Allow it to cool⁠
  8. Enjoy & try not to eat the entire batch at once!
