Banana Almond Pulp Cookies


  • Wet almond pulp (from one batch of milk)
  • 1 ripe and blended banana (can be from frozen)
  • 1/2-3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1-2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (more or less)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Put the almond pulp in a mixing bowl
  3. Add the banana and stir until incorporated
  4. Add in the rest of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and stir. 
  5. *If the dough is still quite wet, add a little more almond flour. 
  6. Add in the chocolate chips and stir
  7. Use a cookie scooper to scoop the dough onto a baking sheet
  8. Bake for 20-23 minutes 
  9. Enjoy!
