
Banana Almond Pulp Cookies
Ingredients
- Wet almond pulp (from one batch of milk)
- 1 ripe and blended banana (can be from frozen)
- 1/2-3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1-2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (more or less)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Put the almond pulp in a mixing bowl
- Add the banana and stir until incorporated
- Add in the rest of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and stir.
- *If the dough is still quite wet, add a little more almond flour.
- Add in the chocolate chips and stir
- Use a cookie scooper to scoop the dough onto a baking sheet
- Bake for 20-23 minutes
- Enjoy!
