Almond Milk Pulp Date Balls
- ½-1 cup almond milk pulp
- 8 dates blended
- ¼ cup chopped cashews
- 1 tbsp tahini
- peanut butter
- shredded coconut
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Mash well with hands until it’s easy to form separate balls that stay together.
- Form ball, roll with peanut butter, and then with shredded coconut and unsweetened cocoa powder.
