Almond Milk Pulp Date Balls


  • ½-1 cup almond milk pulp
  • 8 dates blended ⁣
  • ¼ cup chopped cashews ⁣
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • peanut butter
  • shredded coconut
  • unsweetened cocoa powder ⁣


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mash well with hands until it’s easy to form separate balls that stay together.
  3. Form ball, roll with peanut butter, and then with shredded coconut and unsweetened cocoa powder. ⁣
